                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM BEATRICE T. DURAND,
                   RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 69B, HIXSON
                   COLLECTION SYSTEM IV, TRACT NO. 27.1, FOR A
                   TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND SIX
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($1,600.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Beatrice T. Durand, relative to 

       Contract No. 69B, Hixson Collection System IV, Tract No. 27.1, 
for
       a total consideration of $1,600.00.
